Q: How to I collect my order at the store?

A: Your confirmed order number should be e.g. HC1001, HC1015. Please show our staff your email confirmation with the order number to collect your order.

 

Q: Is there a delivery service on this website?

A: Yes WE DO have a island-wide delivery service. Please check our minimum purchase to qualify for free delivery. On top of our own delivery service, we are also on FoodPanda delivery service (delivery fees apply) that serves those who are staying within a 3km radius from our establishment.

 

Q: What is the opening hours for online orders?

A: We are open from 10am to 8pm for all orders and our last collection time is 8.30pm.

 

Q: How much time in advance can I place my order (DELIVERY)?

A: You can place your order no less than 60 minutes prior to delivery of your food. All other last minute food orders will be subject to case by case basis and store availability. Please whatsapp us at 87505258 first to check for available delivery slots.

 

Q: How much time in advance can I place my order (SELF COLLECTION)?

A: You can place your order no less than 30 minutes prior to collection of your food. All other last minute food orders will be subject to case by case basis and store availability.

 

Q: Is it possible to make amendments to my food?

Q: Can I get buy whole cakes or cake slices from this website?

A: Cake sales are only available for walk-ins as it varies from day to day. Do contact us at +65 8750 5258 for availability and sales of whole cakes (pre-order only).
